VIP Airport Meet & Assist
Met at the aircraft door, walked through fast-track immigration, luggage handled to the car — Cairo airport reduced to a corridor and a handshake.
Overview
Cairo International is a perfectly functional airport experienced badly at exactly the wrong moments: after a long-haul overnight, before a dawn departure, with children, or with forty minutes between connections. This service removes it from the equation. On arrival you are met at the aircraft door or jet bridge by name, escorted through the fast-track immigration lane with your visa handled, and your luggage is collected and brought to a driver who is already waiting. Departures run the mirror image: kerb to lounge with check-in, security and immigration compressed into minutes. It is the least photogenic experience we offer and one of the most consistently praised — because the first and last hour of a journey sets the tone for everything between.

Frequently asked questions
Is this really worth it for a capable traveller?
For a seasoned solo traveller with hand luggage, perhaps not. For families, first visits, tight connections or anyone landing at 3 a.m. after fourteen hours in the air, it converts the worst hour of the trip into a non-event — which is why it is built into all our VIP itineraries.
Do you track flight delays?
Yes — the team monitors your flight number from departure, so a three-hour delay simply moves the meeting, never cancels it.
